I love my bling wedge sandals. Fit perfect

We bought some girls school shoes that became so faulty with 120 days, the shoes can not be worn.

We made a complaint to the firm who have not provided a refund or replacement. Instead, the firm have tried to blame the faulty shoes being damaged by wearing them.

I would advise anyone looking to buy shoes, especially school shoes, not to buy shoes from this firm.

Shoes need to last 12 months, not 4 months of normal wear. We will now be taking this firm to court and letting trading standards understand there poorly manufactured shoes being sold with faults and not adhering to the good act 2015.

The firm has a poor attitude towards their customers. I wouldn’t not be buying from this firm in the future.

Bought a lot of shoes on sale from Linzi. So far so good. Some were presents for family am yet to hear back. Had never heard of it. Prices are perfect.

Beyond disappointed by hidden ‘policies’ and lack of regard and respect for customers. Read the T&Cs ladies - they will catch you out at any corner they can. In a time where money is tight, think carefully about who to spend it with, this is a business I am not happy gets to keep any of my hard earned money when they refuse to track down my damaged parcel.

Great service. Arrived very quickly and the shoes were lovely. Ordered a few pairs and had to return one pair as they didn’t suit. The return was easy and my refund was quick.

I was after a pair of ankle boots one of my friends has, but couldn’t find them anywhere. When i finally found them on Linzi i was sooo happy, that i bought them straight away, although i never heard about this website before. The prices were so little and everything seamed so nice, that i just went for it.
I received my boots in literally 2 days and they are absolutely perfect. I love love love them.

Ordered for the 1st time, the quality of the slippers are that good, I ordered a 2nd pair. Both arrived promptly and were delivered with care and on time by my Evri courier. No complaints and would certainly order again.

My second time ordering from this site. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Very comfortable soles in both heels and flats and feels like excellent quality at a good price. Very impressed, will definitely use again.
